2002
Established bearing the name of PT Paramita Bangun Sarana in Jakarta.
2008
Constructed bulking station in Bagendang, Kalimantan Tengah for the capacity of 13,000 MT. In 2015, the Company obtained additional work for a capacity of 15,000 MT.
2009
Obtained project for phase 1 refinery for PT SMART Tbk in Marunda, Jakarta.
2010
- Construction for the first Palm
Oil Mill Factory in Sampit,
Kalimantan.
- Obtained another refinery
project located in Tarjun and
Lampung.
2013
Appointed by PT Ivo Mas Tunggal to construct a kernel crushing plant, bulking station, and jetty in Lubuk Gaung.
2015
- Appointed by PT Energi Sejahtera Mas to build an oleochemical
factory and facility compound in Lubuk Gaung.
- Attained ISO 9001:2008 in order
to increase work quality.
2016
- Established a subsidiary named Paramita Bangun Sarana SDN, BHD which is domiciled in Malaysia and invested in PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia.
2018
- Perseroan membentuk anak
perusahaan dengan nama
Paramita Bangun Sarana Sdn, Bhd
yang berdomisili di Malaysia.
- Perseroan melakukan investasi/
penyertaan saham pada PT EcoOils
Jaya Indonesia.
2019
- Established two subsidiaries under the name PT Paramita Andalan
Structure and PT Paramita Multi Sarana domiciled in Marunda and
South Jakarta.
- PT. Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk succeeded in obtaining the OHS Management System (SMK3) Certificate of Appreciation for Advanced Level Category with the results of Satisfactory Implementation Assessment. SMK3 audit activities which conducted at the Head Office and Projects are carried out by an Independent Certificication Agency which has been appointed by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia for the construction industry services
2022
The Company conducted a 1:2 stock split of the Company's shares, resulting in a total of 3,000,000,000 shares
2023
- The Company moved its head office to Plaza PBS which is an office building owned by the Company,
located at Jl. Hasyim Ashari
- The Company sold its investment in PT EcoOils Jaya Indonesia.
